感謝您加入 [國際顯微外科學會]（以下簡稱本會）。為保障您的權益，請詳細閱讀以下會員權益與個人資料保護條款：

Thank you for joining the International Microsurgery Club (IMC). To protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following Membership Terms and Personal Data Protection Policy:

一、 會員基本權益 Member Benefits

作為本會正式會員，您享有以下權利：

• 活動參與： 優先報名本會主辦之各項講座、研討會及聯誼活動，並享有會員專屬優惠價。Priority access and discounted rates for the IMC events

• 資訊獲取： 定期接收產業資訊或相關學術刊物。

Regular academic updates of IMC

• 表決與選舉權： 依本會章程規定，正式會員享有大會表決權、選舉權、被選舉權與罷免權（贊助會員或名譽會員除外）。

Voting and election rights (excluding honorary/sponsoring members)

• 資源共享： 使用本會提供之專屬資源庫、諮詢服務或會員平台。

Access to member resources and services of IMC

• 由學會加入的正式會員與網站上加入的高級會員享有相同會員權利。

Full members who join through the academy have the same membership rights as premium members who join through the website (IMW at http://imw.global).

二、 會員義務 Member Responsibilities

• 遵守本會章程及各項會議決議。Comply with the Society’s bylaws
• 依規定按時繳納入會費及常年會費。Pay membership fees on time
• 維護本會名譽及共同利益。Uphold the Society’s reputation

三、 個人資料蒐集與保護聲明 Personal Data Protection

本會為提供會員服務及履行法定職務，將依據《個人資料保護法》蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料，本會將妥善保密您提供的個人資訊，僅供本會學術使用：

1. 蒐集目的： 會籍管理、活動通知、會費收據開立、資訊發送及本會章程所定之業務。
2. 資料類別： 姓名、出生日期、身分證字號、聯絡地址、電話、電子郵件、職業等。
3. 利用期間與地區： 於本會存續期間或因業務所需之保存期限內使用。
4. 會員權利： 您可隨時聯絡本會秘書處，行使查詢、閱覽、製給複製本、補充或更正您的個人資料。

Your personal data will be collected and used for membership management, event notifications, and official communications in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. You may request access, correction of your data at any time. Your data will be secured and only used for academic purpose by IMC.

四、 權益變更與聲明修訂 Amendments

本會保有修改會員權益之權利。如有任何重大變動，將於本會官網公告或以電子郵件通知會員。

The Society reserves the right to update these terms. Any changes will be announced on the website or via email.
