學會介紹 About the Association
國際顯微外科學會（International Microsurgery Club, IMC）為全世界最大的顯微外科教育平台，至2025年底在Facebook上擁有超過22700名會員，並於多個社群平台分享教育資源。IMC亦提供專屬網站、期刊及線上大師演講系列，多數教育資源免費提供全球顯微外科醫師。為提升服務品質，IMC於2023年推出premium membership。本學會於2025年成立後，付費會員資格與IMC premium membership整合，享有相同權益。
The International Microsurgery Club (IMC) is the world’s largest microsurgery education platform, with over 22,700 members on Facebook as of the end of 2025, and active resource sharing across multiple social platforms. IMC also provides an official website, journals, and online master lecture webinar series, with most educational resources freely available to microsurgeons worldwide. To enhance services, IMC introduced a premium membership program in 2023. Since the establishment of the Association in 2025, paid membership has been integrated with IMC premium membership, granting equivalent benefits.
會員資格與費用 Membership Categories and Fees
本學會會員為年度制，自入會日起計一年有效。
Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment.
² 團體會員 Institutional Membership
入會費新臺幣20,000元（抵第一年會費），年費20,000元。
Registration fee: NT$20,000 (credited toward first-year fee); Annual fee: NT$20,000.
可推派四位代表行使會員權利，享有優先合作及折扣。
Up to four representatives may be appointed, with priority collaboration opportunities and discounts.
² 個人會員 Individual Membership
國內：新臺幣3,500元｜國外：美金100元。
Domestic: NT$3,500 | International: USD 100.
² 贊助會員 Sponsorship Membership
經理事會審查通過，金額由雙方協議。
Subject to board approval; contribution amount determined mutually.
提供減稅協助與優先合作權利。
Eligible for tax benefits and priority collaboration opportunities.
² 優惠資格 Discount Eligibility
醫學生、住院醫師及研究員可享半價優惠（第二年免費）。
Medical students, residents, and researchers may receive a 50% discount (second year free).
入會與續會 Membership Activation and Renewal
² 完成申請及繳費後始為正式會員。
Membership becomes valid upon application approval and payment completion.
² 每年須繳納會費以維持有效資格。
Annual renewal is required to maintain active membership.
會員權利與帳號管理 Member Rights and Account Responsibility
² 會員權利等同IMC premium membership。
Membership rights are equivalent to IMC premium membership.

² 會員應妥善保管帳號密碼，不得轉借他人。
Members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must not share them with others.
個人資料蒐集目的 Purpose of Data Collection
本學會蒐集資料以提供會員服務，並依法保護個資。
Personal data is collected to provide membership services and is protected in accordance with applicable laws.
蒐集資料類別 Categories of Data
包含姓名、身分證字號、電話、Email、地址及社群帳號等。
Includes name, ID number, phone number, email, address, and social media accounts.
資料利用方式 Use of Data
² 期間：依法令或業務需求保存。
Period: Retained as required by law or operational needs.
² 地區：本國及業務相關地區。
Region: Taiwan and relevant operational regions.
² 對象：學會及合作機構。
Recipients: The Association and its partners.
² 方式：自動化或非自動化處理。
Method: Automated or non-automated processing.
會員權利行使 Data Subject Rights
² 您可查詢、更正、刪除或停止使用個人資料。
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data.
² 可於會員專區操作或聯絡秘書處。
Requests can be made via the Member Center or by contacting the Secretariat.
不提供資料之影響 Impact of Not Providing Data
未提供必要資料將無法提供會員服務。
Failure to provide required data may result in inability to access membership services.
條款修訂 Amendments
本條款將依法律或環境變更進行修訂，並以電子郵件通知。
These terms may be updated in response to legal or environmental changes and will be communicated via email.
