隱私權保護政策Privacy Policy
為了保障您的個人隱私及權利，『國際顯微外科學會』（以下簡稱本會）制訂本隱私權條款，向您說明本會如何蒐集、處理、利用及保護您所提供的個人資料。
To protect your personal privacy and rights, the International Microsurgery Club has established this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, process, use, and protect the personal data you provide.
一、 個人資料蒐集之目的Purpose of Personal Data Collection
本會基於以下目的蒐集您的個人資料
The Association collects your personal data for the following purposes：
- 會籍管理： 包含入會審查、會員名冊建立、繳費通知。
Membership Management: Including membership application review, establishment of membership records, and payment notifications.
- 活動辦理： 報名聯繫、保險投保、證書核發。
Event Administration: Registration communication, insurance enrollment, and certificate issuance.
- 資訊傳遞： 發送電子報、活動資訊、會訊及相關業務通知。
Information Delivery: Sending newsletters, event updates, official communications, and related notices.
- 法定義務： 依主管機關要求提交之會員資料備查。
Legal Obligations: Submission of member information as required by competent authorities.
二、 蒐集之個人資料類別 Categories of Personal Data Collected
本會可能蒐集的資料包括但不限於
The Association may collect, but is not limited to, the following types of personal data:：
- 辨識個人者： 姓名、地址、電話、電子郵件、身分證統一編號。
Identification Information: Name, address, phone number, email, national ID number.
- 具敏感性之資料： 出生年月日（用於保險或資格審核）。
Sensitive Information: Date of birth (for insurance or eligibility verification purposes).
- 特徵類： 職業、教育背景、專業證照等。

三、 利用期間、地區、對象及方式 Period, Area, Recipients, and Methods of Use
- 期間： 本會存續期間，或依相關法令、契約約定之保存期限。
Period: During the operational period of the Association, or as required by applicable laws and contractual agreements.
- 地區： 中華民國(台灣)境內，或執行業務所需之境外地區（如參加國際會議）。
Area: Within the Republic of China (Taiwan), or overseas where necessary for business operations (e.g., participation in international conferences).
- 對象： 本會、與本會合作之金流/物流/保險廠商、相關主管機關。
Recipients: The Association, its cooperating partners (such as payment, logistics, and insurance service providers), and relevant competent authorities.
- 方式： 以自動化機器或其他非自動化之利用方式（如郵寄、電話、電郵）。
Methods: Through automated or non-automated means (such as mail, telephone, or email).
四、 會員權利行使Exercise of Members’ Rights
依據個資法第 3 條，您可以向本會秘書處聯絡行使以下權利
In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, you may contact the Association’s Secretariat to exercise the following rights:：
- 查詢或請求閱覽、製給複製本。Request access to or copies of your personal data.
- 請求補充或更正（需提出正當理由）。Request supplementation or correction (with appropriate justification).
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。Request cessation of collection, processing, or use.
- 請求刪除您的個人資料（若為法令執行所必需，本會得不予刪除）。Request deletion of your personal data (unless required for legal compliance).
五、 資料安全與保護Data Security and Protection
本會採取適當之安全措施（如加密技術、存取權限控管）保護您的個人資料，防止其被竄改、外洩或毀損。
The Association adopts appropriate security measures (such as encryption and access control) to protect your personal data from unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

本會官網或活動訊息可能包含其他網站連結，該連結網站之隱私權政策與本會無涉，建議您另行查閱該網站之聲明。
The Association’s official website or event information may contain links to third-party websites. The privacy policies of those websites are not related to this Association, and you are advised to review their respective policies separately.
七、 修訂與公告Amendments and Announcement
本條款將隨法律或環境變遷進行修訂，修訂後之內容將公告於本會官網，不另行個別通知。
This Privacy Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or circumstances. Any updates will be announced on the Association’s official website without individual notification.
